ENR CA Announces 2020 Regional Best Project Winners

2020 Engineering News Record - California Best Project Winners

ENR California is pleased to announce the 2020 Regional Best Projects winners! So far in ENR’s annual regional contest, ENR California’s judges have awarded over 45 honors for the region. Together, the judges’ panels select honorees for Best Project and Merit awards. This year Music Center Plaza was awarded one of the Best Projects in California for Landscape / Urban Development Award of Merit!  AMA worked diligently with Matt Construction and Rios Clementi Hale on developing custom media ‘hydrants’ that reside below the raised floor and have access panels flush with the pavers.

2020 NAIOP NJ DEAL OF THE YEAR

Nine of the state’s most impactful development projects were finalists in the NAIOP annual New Jersey commercial real estate awards virtual event. This year’s event was held virtually, but the finalists for the coveted Deal of the Year award are no less consequential or influential as the industry grapples with a public health and economic crisis. M Station is a transformative Class A mixed-use development in the heart of Morristown and is comprised of two headquarters-quality, office buildings with ground-floor retail space and a parking structure. AMA is part of the SJP/Gensler team for the Core and Shell design!

AIA AWARD WINNER WEBB INSTITUE

2020 AIA LI CHAPTER - WEBB INSITUTE AWARD

The Long Island Chapter, 56th Annual AIA ARCHI Awards were held virtually and the 'Archi' Award Winner for Sustainable Design in a commercial project was awarded to Webb Institute located in Glen Cove, New York! Despite the obstacles that 2020 has brought to the architectural profession, there were 88 submissions for this year's awards. The awards recognize projects conceived and built on Long Island as well as projects designed by Long Island architects, built or planned to be constructed elsewhere.  AMA was part of the Bentel + Bentel team for this unique project on the water!

2020 NYCxDesign Awards by Interior Design + ICFF

The NYCxDESIGN Awards honors outstanding products and projects in categories that span major areas of design, from architecture to interiors, from products to accessories. Submissions are reviewed by a jury of design industry leaders. Winners and honorees represent the very best design talent and due to Covid were recognized during a virtual ceremony. NYCxDESIGN is a non-profit organization that nurtures, supports, and provides opportunities for NYC’s design sector by organizing and coordinating exceptional year-round activations, amplifying the voices of design through storytelling and promotion, and providing annual grants for local talent and businesses that make New York the design capital of the world.
