The new 400,000 sf complex is being called the town’s most significant commercial development in the last 30 years by town officials. AMA is working with Gensler on core/shell for the Phase 2 West Building, approximately 253,000 square feet, which includes fitout of the core areas (e.g. main lobby, core toilets, loading dock, parking, etc.) will be fitout as part of core-shell.
